According to the company, gravity gently drops the cover back in place to its horizontal resting position once the system is off. This patented design eliminates the need for homeowners to cover and then uncover their condenser during the winter. Because the cover is open only when the fan is running, debris will not be allowed to enter the unit and block the drains, says the company. It comes in three sizes, thereby fitting most makes and models of air conditioning units, the company says.
