BRYAN, Ohio — Randolph O. Bard, 92, died Feb. 5, 2003, at his home. He was president and CEO of Bard Manufacturing Co., Bryan, until retiring in 1981 as chairman after 55 years of service. In 2001, Mr. Bard was inducted into the Modular Building Institute Hall of Fame for his significant HVAC contributions to the modular building industry.

Survivors include his wife Naomi B. Moore; two sons, Richard (Mary) of Manitou Beach, Mich., and James (Joan) of Bryan; daughter Kathryn Martinez of Bryan; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a brother, Lawrence Bard of Bryan.
