Venture Tape Corp.: Ductwork Tape
VentureClad™ Plus is an all-purpose ductwork insulation facing tape. The product, which has 13-ply laminate construction, is designed for use in harsh environments. The tape has zero permeability. With the company's CW® cold weather acrylic, the tape can be installed at temperatures down to -10 degrees F with no solvents or primers required. According to the manufacturer, unlike sheet metal jacketing, it requires no additional rivets, strapping, or sealants, and no offsite fabrication is required. The company says VentureClad Plus will not delaminate and is easy to cut and form.
