NATE Sets Record
NATE recorded 1,123 tests sold to 628 technicians during the month of December. It closed the year with 6,027 tests sold.
According to the organization, sales for 2002 were up 131 percent over the 2001 total. NATE issued 2,872 new certifications (up 176 percent) and tested 3,023 technicians (up 114 percent). There are now 11,911 NATE-certified technicians.
PHCC announced that its goal for 2003 is for its chapters to administer 1,500 NATE tests.
