MSA Instrument Division: Refrigerant Monitor
The Chillgard RT refrigerant monitor now has a remote display option. The remote display can be mounted in a separate location from the monitor and used in addition to the standard unit display. It provides entryway signaling capabilities at a second entryway and can be used to control the device. The monitor detects levels down to 1 ppm, over a range of 0 to 1,000 ppm; other monitoring ranges are available. Advanced photoacoustic infrared sensing technology enables the monitor to detect an individual refrigerant with high specificity, while maintaining the necessary level of sensitivity.
