Tennessee Contractor Keeps Hotel Air Fresh
The contractor was selected to install two roof-mounted, 25,000 cfm, 100 percent outside air units and air distribution systems. The units were custom-built by Trane and provide filtered, dehumidified, and tempered fresh air to each of the hotel’s guestroom floors.
According to Garry Floeter, president of CHC Mechanical, the introduction of fresh air was a key aspect of the hotel’s renovation.
Other recent projects for the company are the design/build mechanicals for a Cookeville Nissan dealership and the installation of an HVAC system as well as plumbing for the Stevens Street Baptist Church. For more information, visit the company’s Web site at www.CHCcompanies.com.
