It is manufactured from lightweight, aircraft aluminum, with a powder-coat finish to prevent corrosion. It runs on a 12-V, 12-amp-hour rechargeable battery. Model B1230 is designed to maneuver equipment easily with a zero turning radius. The Pro-Lift has a rated capacity of 1,500 pounds per pair. According to the company, this device works well with most modern air conditioning factory-installed forklift rails.
