• International Service Leadership (ISL) (Brentwood, Tenn.) welcomed six new associates. Buddy Elenez will serve as ISL instructional designer. Michael Timmer, Carl E. Holt, and Bill Anderson will serve as business development coaches. Frank Granville was appointed lead instructor for the ISL Phoenix Training Center, and Keith Kiah was named member services general manager.
