QUINCY, Mass. — The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) has scheduled its World Safety Conference & Exposition™ for May 18-21 in Dallas.

This year, retired general H. Norman Schwarzkopf and Chris Matthews, author and host of MSNBC’s “Hardball,” will deliver keynote addresses.

Schwarzkopf will speak on May 20, and will focus on leadership in difficult times. Matthews will speak on May 18, and deliver a commentary on American politics.

According to NFPA, the conference and exposition will feature 120 educational sessions covering all aspects of fire and life safety, as well as a fire protection and life safety trade show with more than 200 exhibitors.

In addition, 39 technical documents will be voted on by NFPA’s attending members.
