The Foster® 40-20™ is fungicidal protective coating. This polyacrylate copolymer emulsion is formulated to inhibit the growth, regrowth, and spread of odor-causing bacteria on its surface. This white, EPA-registered antimicrobial coating can be used in places such as walls, ceilings, pipes, and interior and exterior surfaces of HVAC duct systems. It can be applied by brush or airless spray. It has a set to touch drying time of four hours and a dry-through drying time of 16 hours. The coating has a coverage range of 1.25 gallons per 100 square feet (0.51 l/m2).
