FALLS CHURCH, Va. - The Quality Service Contractors (QSC), a service group of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors - National Association, and EPL for Residential, a Web contractor business training company, have formed an alliance to offer a new, Web-based advanced training and education program to QSC members. The program is in addition to the existing online training that QSC offers.

Business, marketing, and operational training will be delivered through the EPL for Residential business Web site, learning library, and live Web broadcasts to all members. QSC executive director Charlie Wallace said that although QSC has offered online seminar programs to members for the past two years, this Web-based training will be more extensive and will cover a full range of business, operational, managerial, and leadership topics. That training is supported with an electronic consulting service free as part of QSC membership.
