The WaterWizard commercial steam-fired water heater offers ±4 degrees F temperature control, longevity, and low maintenance, says the company. It is compatible with low- or high-pressure steam. A self-descaling helical heat exchanger with a dedicated subcooling coil delivers 93-percent to 99-percent efficiency, states the company. According to the manufacturer, condensate temperatures below 160 degrees preserve condensate return pump life.
