The SureLock™ B-Vent Locking System has been added on B-vent pipe, tees, wyes, elbows, and caps in the 3- to 6-inch sizes. The company says systems now can be securely fastened from the appliance all the way up to the roof using this lock design. To install, join sections of the B-Vent, twist, and engage the SureLock; no sheet metal screws are needed. Only a small screwdriver is required to unfasten the SureLock when disassembling the pipe. According to the manufacturer, the locking system twist-locks into the company’s regular B-Vent for easy installation.
