BELTSVILLE, MD — Timothy “Scott” Holsclaw and Terry J. Dvorak have joined W.E. Bowers, a mechanical contractor headquartered here, as project managers.

Holsclaw is responsible for overall project performance, including schedule and budget compliance, use of manpower, and client liaison. He has over 15 years of experience in the mechanical construction industry.

Dvorak is responsible for contract and technical review, permitting, schedule planning, equipment procurement, subcontracting, project profitability, and client liaison. He has six years experience as a project manager for commercial and industrial construction companies.
