NAW Releases Leadership CD

WASHINGTON, DC — The National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors’ (NAW’s) Distribution and Re-search Education Foundation (DREF) has released the fourth volume in its continuing series of one-on-one leadership interviews on audio CD. According to NAW, the interview with Mike McClelland, recently retired president and CEO of home-improvement products distributor Do It Best Corp., spotlights the success of one distributor in boosting customer and employee loyalty.
