ARLINGTON, VA — The Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) has launched an expanded website for the HVAC industry. ACCA describes the new website as “a 24-hour tool for contractors.” In addition to ACCA and HVACR news, the site includes special features for members, including articles and answers to questions on marketing and technical issues, an online directory of HVACR vocational programs, a products and services guide featuring ACCA associate members, and an improved contractor locator.

ACCA members will be able to use the site to access the association’s new ACCA MemberTools™ program, which provides a menu of marketing and management resources for contractors. The association also says that an improved online store also features access to the full ACCA line of technical and management products at a discount to members. Members will also be able to access the weekly ACCA Insider newsletter and a special weekly report from ACCA’s Public Policy department.

“For contractors, homeowners, building managers, reporters, and students looking for information on HVACR on the Internet, the ACCA website is usually the first stop,” said Paul T. Stalknecht, ACCA president and CEO. “With our new site, we seek to provide all of them with useful, and user-friendly, resources, while showing the world that ACCA and the HVACR contracting industry are on the leading edge of service.”
