SmartFan® Nimbus is a compact, TRIAC-based fan control that can be used to automatically control almost any single-phase AC fan, including equipment cooling fans, ceiling fans, exhaust ventilators, duct fans, and blowers, the company says. It regulates fan speed from a 4-20mA control signal, 0-10VDC control signal, or up to three remote temperature sensors. Automatic voltage and frequency detection, current ratings up to 7.5A, and three mounting and connection configurations including DIN rail mount and “4 x 4 job box” mount, are features of this fan control.
