MA Boiler Manufacturer Offers Contractors Training

WESTFIELD, MA — Smith Cast Iron Boilers, based here, is conducting an extensive training program for heating contractors. The Heating Pros program includes “On the Road” seminars held at numerous locations throughout New England, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

Heating Pros contractors also will receive sales support materials. Training topics include wet boiler installation and maintenance, gas troubleshooting, combustion and venting, electrical troubleshooting, and more.

The courses are designed “to provide contractors with know-how that can save time and money on the job,” the company says. “By attending the courses, contractors earn credits that may be used like cash toward boiler purchases and a wide array of Smith Heating Pros merchandise,” the company says.
