The DZR (dezincification-resistant brass) balancing valve is designed to regulate, measure, adjust, and balance the flow of water in hvac and plumbing systems. The 1710 Series features a memory stop, valve size identification on the hand wheel and body, valve position visible in the hand wheel display window, and positive shutoff and isolation. The 737 Series flanged-and-grooved end range is from 2 through 12 in. Cast iron bodies and ductile iron bonnets come standard. Other features include positive shutoff with EPDM vulcanized elastomer disc, graphite stem sealing, memory stop located beneath the protective cap, and regulation and flow measurement accuracy within ±10% between full and 25% open.
