LAFAYETTE, LA — Residential hvac and filtration contractor Johnny Cosper is beginning to realize that membership does have its privileges. The owner of Switzerland Air TM in Lafayette, LA, has sold 500 club memberships since he began offering them to his customers in March — a venture that has proved mutually beneficial for both the company and its customers.

“I loved the concept of club memberships as soon as it was presented to me,” Cosper says. “I knew this would be a benefit to our clients, and the majority of them see the value over our old energy saving agreements.”

According to Switzerland Air, its techs would service customers’ homes twice a year for about $70 per trip. Besides eliminating the hassle of renewing for the customer, contractors benefit from not having to sell new agreements each year.”
