The Eliminator is an indus-trial dehumidifier designed to operate efficiently at ambient drybulb temperatures between 5° and 105°F (13° and 41°C) and relative humidity (rh) from 44% to 100%, says the company. The unit is capable of removing up to 36 gal of water per day from moisture-laden production or storage areas. It automatically dries the air and maintains the selected rh without messy chemicals, the company says. The manufacturer claims the units should cost less than half as much to own and operate as absorption equipment for equivalent moisture removal capacity.
