American Lung Association Health House Debuts
WAUCONDA, IL — Hawthorn Heating & Air Conditioning recently unveiled a Millennium II hvac system in a customer’s home which qualifies the home as an American Lung Association Health House. Dubbed the “single most important system” to qualifying the home, Hawthorn listed the following equipment used in the system: Wirsbo radiant heating;
Carrier CCN controls;
Tjernlund variable-speed combustion exhaust system; and a
Triangle Tube TR120 hot water heater.
As part of the Health House requirements, Hawthorn sealed all ductwork. The home operates on 17 zones that are individually controlled, and there is swimming pool that has its own heating-cooling-dehumidification system.
The state-of-the-art system can be completely monitored for any potential failures from the Hawthorn office and is designed to exceed the homeowner’s air cooling expectations as well as their expectations for proper pool temperatures.
