Pepco Energy Services announced that it has acquired Unitemp, Inc., an hvac service company headquartered in South Plainfield, NJ. Unitemp is a commercial, industrial, and institutional installation, service, and repair contractor.
Unitemp joins Engineered Services of Virginia, and Substation Test and MET Electrical Testing of Maryland as the fourth company under the umbrella of Pepco Building Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pepco Energy Services. Pepco Energy Services is a wholly-owned, separately managed subsidiary of Potomac Electric Power Company.
