The IAQ Manager™ 2002, the latest version of the software, helps facility managers better match occupants’ symptoms with particular building zones, in both single- and multiple-level edifices, the company states. According to the company, a manager can identify the location of a problem like inadequate air circulation or increased particulate counts, and then target problem areas and track air quality problems throughout his/her organization, regardless of how many facilities in which the manager is in charge. Another feature allows managers to document and benchmark a building’s current air quality condition using IAQ Profiles. The program is available for downloading from the company’s website.
