HOUSTON, TX — Local contractor Central City Air has an impressive website — thanks to constant attention and updates. According to Suzanne Debien, the website at www.centralcityair.com is in a “constant state of flux.” But the website isn’t the only useful Internet tool for Central City Air.

“Here is how we use the web,” Debien added. “All system design personnel (our salespeople) have digital cameras that take pictures on a floppy drive. This gives us a record of the home we visited. Then the analysis is placed on our template and a proposal is structured specific to that customer.

“The “whole house” report done manually is scanned into the computer and the entire proposal is e-mailed back to me. We then e-mail pictures and proposals to customers for their review.”
