Each base is custom manufactured. Options include a built-in roof pitch, extra height for installation of sound traps beneath the unit, and a pressure-treated wood nailer. Bases are all-welded construction and they are shipped to the jobsite in one piece if trucking permits. If the base cannot be shipped in one piece, all corners are welded and the number of pieces are kept to a minimum, the company states. Delivery is usually within two weeks after receipt of the order, says the manufacturer.
