Bases for secure rooftop equipment mounting are quickly manufactured to precise specifications. According to the manufacturer, the advanced laser technology offers the tightest tolerances and allows for a superior weld. Each base is custom manufactured due to the varying specifications of rooftop units and roof configurations. Delivery is usually within two weeks after receipt of the order. Options include a built-in roof pitch, extra height for installation of sound traps beneath the unit, and a pressure-treated wood nailer. Each base has an all-welded construction and is shipped to the job site in one piece, if trucking permits. If the base is unshippable as one piece, the number of pieces will be kept to a minimum due to all-welded corners.
