The Make-Up Air Module provides a mechanical way to ensure that makeup air is brought back into a house for any negative-pressure-producing equipment. It can be used for gas furnaces, water heaters, appliances without sealed combustion, fireplaces, larger kitchen vent hoods or downdrafts, and bathroom exhausts. It is a self-contained unit that has a fan blower, PCS motor, adjustable blower speed, permanent washable filter, two electric elements that are available (5 and 10 kW), outlet temperature sensor and control, modulating electric elements, and preset outlet temperature.
