Chiller-heater link RTYF120 combines two chiller-heaters. The cooling side is equipped to 10 tons and the heating side is available in either 135,000 Btu or at double-capacity, 270,000 Btu, says the manufacturer. The unit is suitable for commercial and residential applications including schools, offices, restaurants, churches, hospitals, and custom-built homes.
