Peerless Heater Co.: RESIDENTIAL GAS BOILER
The Series PSC is a sealed-combustion, residential, gas-fired boiler for installations where the chimney is inadequate or unavailable, the manu-facturer says. The direct vent, hot water boiler is available for use with either natural or LP gas. A wall thimble allows the installer to make only one hole in the outside wall for both inlet combustion air and venting of combustion gases, says the company. The concentric vent pipe design allows the warm vent pipe to heat incoming combustion air, preventing freezing of the air intake, the company says.
