FieldCentrix (Irvine, CA) has raised $23 million in venture capital to support its continued expansion into new markets including electrical and utilities. The company also plans to move into international markets. Grainger Technology Partners, a venture capital investment vehicle for Grainger, a new partner, together with Sigma Partners, a current investor, were the lead investors for this round of funding.
FieldCentrix also announces that Mesa Energy Systems (Irvine, CA), its first customer, has received ISO 9000 certification for its mobile services business. Mesa began preparing for the ISO audit in December and credits FX Mobile software from FieldCentrix with helping bring its quick certification.
