Available in capacities from 100 through 3,500 cfm, LoSone Select® Series ventilators are extremely quiet, with sound levels as low as 0.5 sones (AMCA), says the manufacturer. They can be ducted either horizontally or vertically, and are available as ceiling-mounted units with low-profile grilles or as in-line models, allowing the ventilator to be installed in a location remote from the intake grille. Round duct connectors on most models make installation easier and more reliable, the company says. Applications include kitchens, offices, conference rooms, bathrooms, and hospitals.
