For apartments and high-rise condominiums, installation of these through-the-wall, 10-SEER condensing units and heat pumps is simple and economical, says the company. The units are engineered to be compatible with any brand of indoor unit, meeting new construction and replacement needs, the company says. They are available in three capacity sizes from 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 tons in three different dimensional sizes to fit most existing openings. Benefits include less refrigerant charge and no roof penetration, says the manufacturer.
