These all-brass-finish steam and water vents undergo a special induction soldering process that eliminates the need for a painted finish, according to the company. The soldering process reduces emissions during manufacturing, which complies with ISO 14001 certification; the manufacturer says that it became the first company to achieve ISO 14001 certification in Illinois.
