The Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) (Alexandria, VA) has signed an agreement with Sino-Con, a Chinese software development firm, that would help integrate the American and Chinese construction industries. CSI president James A. Chaney, FCSI, CCCA, and G. Storm Cunningham, CSI’s director of strategic initiatives, met with representatives of Sino-Con in Beijing to discuss the alliance and sign an agreement.
