FALLS CHURCH, VA — The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors — National Association (PHCC) has announced the selection of Dwight L. “Ike” Casey as its new executive vice president. He will join PHCC on Feb. 15, 2001. For the past 11 years, Casey has been executive vice president of the Independent Electrical Contractors Inc., Alexandria, VA.

“We are very pleased to have Ike join us,” said PHCC president Mike Kastner. “We believe his background and success in the construction industry will be a great fit for our organization.”
