Wholesale-Distribution: Thermo King, and Noland

Thermo King Corp. (Minneapolis, MN) signs a deal to distribute MovinCool portable air conditioning products throughout the United States. MovinCool products are manufactured by Denso Sales California, Inc. (Long Beach, CA).

Noland Co. (Newport News, VA) declares a regular quarterly cash dividend of eight cents, payable on July 24 to stockholders of record at the close of business July 14.
