Aircond Corp. (Smyrna, GA) and Consolidated Engineering Services (Arlington, VA) have announced that the two companies have combined operations. Aircond is one of the largest commercial and industrial hvac contractors in the Southeast. Consolidated is a building technology services company which provides management and operations, system installation and servicing, and engineering consulting. Under the agreement, Aircond will retain its name and management personnel and operate as Consolidated's Southeastern regional office.
