Mitsubishi Joins Forces With E-Sim
Under the agreement, e-SIM will create interactive online user manuals for hvac field technicians servicing Mitsubishi commercial and residential air conditioning equipment.
HTML-based manuals for Mitsubishi’s HVAC Advanced Products Division will be available at the division site (www.mrslim.com) and at e-SIM’s LiveManuals website (www.livemanuals.com).
Mitsubishi believes that the online manuals will create a more efficient resource for technicians in the field.
D. Michael Smith, marketing manager for Mitsubishi Electric’s HVAC Advanced Products Division, said the agreement “offers a unique, cost-effective way for our contractors to access and search for critical information. We expect to realize a significant savings as well as substantially increasing the efficiency of our service calls.”
