Performance Contracting Acquires Thermal Services
LENAXA, KS — Performance Contracting, Inc. (PCI), a specialty contractor dealing with insulation, cleanroom, cold storage, asbestos, marine, and industrial cleaning-maintenance services, based here in Lenaxa, recently acquired Thermal Services, Inc. (TSI), Vancouver, WA. TSI specializes in installing industrial, commercial, high-tech, and marine mechanical systems.
The new entity is operating under the PCI name, as part of its Insulation and Special Services Division.
According to Craig Davis, president and chief operating officer of PCI, “We expect a seamless transition and are pleased that all TSI professionals will remain with the company.”
