Industrial will be merged with GLAD Industries to form the Industrial Specialty Services Division of JIC. Operating facilities for the new division are being established in Bossier City, LA, and will primarily serve the pulp and paper, power and utilities, chemical and refining, gas processing, and other industries nationwide.

Mike Killgore, president of James Industrial Constructors, said, “The new JIC organization will employ over 1,000 employees and is well positioned to provide maintenance, construction, and environmental services to our clients in a broader geographic area.”
