Two Disney Institute seminars will be featured at the meeting, along with expert speakers, networking programs, roundtable discussions, and tabletop displays.
The seminars will focus on “Service, Disney Style,” and “Leadership, Disney Style.” The first session will explore philosophies and strategies for understanding customers’ needs and expectations, implementing a sound service infrastructure, and communicating service standards throughout the organization. The second seminar explores strategies and methods for improving team results through leadership.
