Little Giant Acquires Interon
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — Little Giant Pump Co., maker of residential and commercial pumps and pump products, a subsidiary of Tecumseh Products Co., has acquired Interon Corp., a company that specializes in low-pressure sewer systems that incorporate patented technology.
Interon, now Interon-Engineered Products Division of Little Giant Pump Co., and its personnel will remain in Exton, PA, except for the manufacturing processes that will be moved to Little Giant headquarters.
