MADISON, WI — Research Products Corp. has announced the acquisition of Dri-Steem Humidifier Co., Eden Prairie, MN, a manufacturer of commercial and industrial humidifiers. Under the agreement, Dri-Steem will operate as a subsidiary of Research Products.
“This is a major strategic move for us and a great opportunity for both companies,” said Dean Pierringer, president/ceo of Research Products.
Julie Samuelson, ceo of Dri-Steem, will pursue other interests after the acquisition is completed. Roger Pasch, Research Products’ vice president-engineering, has been named president of Dri-Steem.
