Miller Electric Mfg. Co.: TIG/STICK WELDING PACKAGE
The portable Maxstar® 140 TIG/stick welding package with carrying case is said to hold everything an operator needs to weld: inverter, TIG torch with 12.5-ft lead, regulator, gas hose, coupler, ground clamp, and stick electrode holder. The self-contained package protects the power supply and provides convenient storage for mechanical contractors and others who travel with their welding power supplies, says the company. The inverter weighs 10 lbs and has a 5- to 140-A range (100% duty cycle at 140 A, 230-V input). The case measures 15 by 8.5 by 24 in.
