GX Series Grease-X-Tractor™ filter hoods offer a high level of mechanical grease extraction, up to twice as much as baffle filters, and one and a half times more than water wash or dry cartridge hoods, says the company. The hood line includes the company’s new proprietary filter design. The units are constructed of 18-gauge type 304 stainless steel with continuously welded external seams in accordance with NFPA 96. Supply air options include front face discharge, air curtain, combination face and air curtain, and short circuit.
