Controls and energy management options for kitchen ventilation systems are featured in a new eight-page brochure. The manufacturer offers two variable air volume systems that track the cooking load and vary the exhaust and supply ventilation rate based on need, thereby reducing power and tempering costs. Both systems feature temperature interlock that automatically activates the exhaust fan if not manually started, whenever cooking operations occur. Available with a variety of options, the fan control center (KFCC) offers one-stop control for all of the various power connections between the hoods, fans, make-up air, and lighting.
