ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. - The Air Movement and Control Association International (AMCA) will host a technical seminar Dec. 4-6, 2006, at the Sheraton Chicago Northwest in Arlington Heights, Ill.

Topics of AMCA's technical seminar will include: system airflow, equipment vibration, plenum fans, selection and the use of airflow measurement stations, product ratings and performance certification, and smoke control/fire dampers. The seminar is recommended for anyone associated with the air movement and control industry, including consultants, engineers/inspectors, architects, and specifiers, who wish to gain a clearer understanding of how fans, louvers, and dampers function, and how they affect the airflow system.
