One source for equipment, including controls, eliminates the need for multiple trades in the field, resulting in reduced logistics and commissioning, and with factory-installed controls come pre-engineered documented controls standards. The units come standard with the field equipment controllers featuring continuously adaptive tuning, state-based control, and BACnet communications. The BACnet capabilities ensure seamless communication across York mechanical equipment and the Metasys building management system.
