INDIANAPOLIS — Bryant, a Carrier Global Corp. brand, recently brought dealers from across North America together for the first Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer National Meeting, marking what the company calls a new chapter in how the brand engages and supports its dealer network.
The inaugural meeting focused on open dialogue, hands-on learning, and direct dealer input, a Bryant press release said. Across the multiday event, attendees took part in training, interactive sessions, and candid discussions, reinforcing Bryant’s commitment to listening to its dealers and building what’s next together, the press release said.
Training was a central focus of the event, with sessions designed to build technical and operational expertise. Over two days, 158 students from 94 companies representing 25 distributorships completed more than 1,600 hours of instructor-led training. The sessions delivered practical insights that can help dealers strengthen technical expertise, improve efficiency, and better serve customers in their markets, the press release said.
A cornerstone of the event was the awards celebration, which recognized standout Bryant dealers for excellence in performance, leadership, customer experience, and community impact. The 2026 honorees were:
• Bryant Dealer of the Year: Flow-Tech Plumbing and Heating, Columbia City, Indiana, recognized for its commitment to customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and brand leadership.
• Charles Bryant Award: Air Tech Heating, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, honored for long-standing loyalty to the Bryant brand and community involvement; and HVAC Services Unlimited, Salisbury, Maryland, recognized for excellence in customer care, technical expertise, and business leadership.
• Pinnacle Award: Family Heating & Air, Pensacola, Florida; and The Weather Changers, Denver, Colorado. The Pinnacle Award recognizes dealers that have achieved sustained excellence by earning a fifth Bryant Medal of Excellence award.
Bryant also recognized 18 Medals of Excellence recipients and 80 Circle of Champions nationwide for their dedication to quality, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
“This first Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer National Meeting represents more than a new event, it reflects how our dealer network is evolving,” said Nick Arch, vice president and general manager for residential HVAC solutions at Bryant. “Our dealers are the heart of the Bryant brand and bringing them together strengthens the relationships that will carry us forward.”
